The Neolt PKT160 manual rolling blade trimmer is specially engineered for cutting rolls of bubble wrap, plastic film, corrugated cardboard, and heavy weight paper. It cuts material up to 62" long. The ball bearing mounted cutting head cuts in both directions. The tubular frame supports rolls up to 220 pounds and is mounted on locking castors.
